Don’t take our word for it listen to what our customers have said - 100% enjoyed their stay and would definitely return !!

Feedback is now taken from an online survey sent to guests straight after the first night courtesy call we provide, this has replaced the paper based survey we initially used but the questions and ratings are the same. Guests have the chance to rate our apartment good/average/poor on a number of categories - some similar comments have been combined but all comments are recorded and feedback is unedited. Many guests have said we should have an excellent rating - currently we are unable to do this !

There is also unprompted feedback on our facebook site (covers all 3 apartments) and our new google maps entry.

We really do listen to what people say and if you click here you will see what people have suggested and also what has been implemented by us in response to this feedback - note that older suggestions have been removed where they have been actioned.
